  • Most therapy heavily leans on either analysis (talk therapy) or purely somatics (bodywork). This approach combines both through relational, somatic and psychospiritual work.

  • Some people come for a single session, others choose a longer journey. We’ll discover together what feels most supportive for where you are.

  • Private sessions and presence gatherings are both available online worldwide. In-person currently available in Ubud, Bali.

  • You don’t have to know how to slow down before you arrive. We begin exactly where you are, allowing safety and trust to develop naturally.
