Payment Policy

All payments must be made within 30 calendar days.

I reserve the right to charge 1.5% interest per day upon any outstanding sum left unpaid on or after 30 calendar days from due date unless otherwise specified in writing.

After 30 days of outstanding payment, I reserve the right to send you to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions  can be re-scheduled or cancelled within 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may forfeit the payment for that session if a replacement cannot be found. If you arrive for a session late, it will still end at the prearranged time and you will be charged for the full session.

I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshops or event 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop or event. In the case of a cancellation, paid registrants will be given full refunds within 30 days.

Refund Policy

I take your investment seriously, and I’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources seriously too.

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

Withdrawal from a course 30 days prior its start date, will be issued with a credit for the total amount paid.  This credit must be redeemed within 12 months or it expires. Redeeming credit depends upon availability, I do not guarantee availability for re-booking. Any resulting difference in price is paid upon re-booking. Refunds for lower priced events or products will not be issued.
