As isolated as we were the last couple of years, breathing together in silence adds a new layer of intimacy, connection, and co-regulation to soothe our tired bodies and aching hearts.
In this space, you are encouraged to access your own innate wisdom without needing to do or be anything.
This is an invitation to sit together with silent presence, playfully explore safety in sensing and feeling all that may arise in the moment, and build a deep emotional relationship with yourself.

A bell will be rung at the start and end of the silent session.
There will be no speaking, just pure presence.
